I would also sign out of Blue Mail app then clear data in Blue Mail app then delete it and use Gmail or the native email app. If they were going to junk folder that would be no big deal but trash folder is weird. But eventually, they'll "auto-delete" again.Īny ideas on what can be going on?First thing to do is change your passwords. Now in the current View area, click on the View Settings option. To adjust the filter setting, follow the below-mentioned steps: Open Outlook and click on the View tab. Therefore, try to make changes in the filter settings. I am forced to try to remember what emails I had not deleted from Inbox, go to Trash and move them back to Inbox. Seldom filters can be a primary reason why emails are disappearing. I have not changed settings or anything, and this is driving me nuts. The same thing has happened when I open Outlook on my office PC. That's too hard for me to decipher when on the fly.I have and email accounts, both IMAP, set up on my Galaxy S7 edge (I use Blue Mail app) and on two Windows 10 PCs (Outlook 2016 on both).įor some reason, lately, at random times, when I open the Android app, emails that were already there start deleting, disappearing before my eyes. It currently lists the emails by SUBJECT line. I've set up that app but don't like using it as it is not "pleasing" to look at, nor can I have it list my emails by SENDER. I've also searched other forums and an app called K-9 was suggested. I need to be able to do this on the S3.Ĭan someone please help. On my iphone, I was able to leave emails (after read) in my mail application's inbox so that I could have them for reference at a later date. Nothing unusual is happening on my Apple, just the S3. Then, on another day, it happened again! An email that was already read but kept in my inbox disappeared. I searched for it everywhere (different folders, outbox, deleted email, etc). Then I noticed that an email that was in my S3's inbox (there for about a week and already read) DISAPPEARED. I've also stated that the emails are to remain on the server (via my apple computer I stated "after 30 days" it can be removed via the S3, I stated "delete from server NEVER). I've connected the S3 to my pop3 mail server. Now I'm beginning to regret switching to an android. I basically got the S3 because of the bigger screen. I've been an iphone user for the past 4 years.
